How much does pest control cost in St. George?
Our exterior-only Home Plan is $60/month (or $600/year prepaid), and our Townhome Plan with interior treatment is $30/month (or $300/year prepaid). Service visits are bi-monthly and recurring plans are billed monthly. A one-time inspection visit is $89.
Is your pest control safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use EPA-registered products that are safe for children and pets once the treated surface is dry (usually 30–60 minutes). We'll always let you know exactly what we're applying and where.
How often should my home be treated?
In Southern Utah, every-other-month (bi-monthly) service is the sweet spot for most homes. Scorpion-prone properties and homes near open desert usually benefit from that cadence year-round.
Do you really get rid of scorpions?
Yes — but scorpions require a different approach than ants or spiders. We combine a perimeter barrier, granular treatments to rock and gravel, and a UV blacklight inspection. Most customers see a dramatic reduction within the first two weeks.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Every recurring plan is backed by our free re-service guarantee. If pests come back between scheduled visits, we come back at no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly plans are month-to-month with no contracts, so you can cancel any time by calling (435) 395-2253. Yearly plans are prepaid upfront and non-cancelable.
What should I expect on the first visit?
Your tech will walk the property with you, ask questions about problem areas, then treat the interior (if requested), the exterior perimeter, eaves, garage, and yard. Most first visits take 45–60 minutes.
